Conligo ™ Privacy Policy

The information we collect and how we keep it safe.

Conligo™ is the trademark and trade name of Iciniti Corporation. This Privacy Notice applies to all products, application and services offered by Iciniti Corporation and supported by the Conligo platform, but excludes any productions, applications, or services that have separate privacy notices which do not incorporate this Privacy Notice.

We collect information from you when you utilize any Conligo™ application(s) and services (the “Application(s)”), register for a Conligo account, subscribe to a Conligo product, place an order, respond to a survey, visit a Conligo™ URL, or fill out a form.

When registering with us to use any Conligo™ application(s) and services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter, among other information, your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, password(s), and/or credentials for your employees and/or customers.

At Conligo™, we respect and protect the privacy of our clients and customers and those who use our websites, products, and services, the Conligo™ application(s) and services. This privacy statement provides details about how your personal information is collected and used. Personal information is any information that identifies you or would enable someone to contact you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and other non-public information that is associated with such information. This privacy statement applies to the Conligo™ website (www.conligo.ca) and Conligo™ application(s) and services that are located within the Conligo.ca domain and any other sites owned or operated by Conligo™ (the “Sites”).

1. General Principals

This Privacy Policy describes how (“Conligo.ca”) collects and uses the personal information you provide within the Conligo.ca domain.  It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. We built the Conligo™ platform to support the Conligo™ application(s) and services that help you run your business. We understand you may not want everyone to have access to your Conligo™ application(s) and services; that is why we give you control of access administration to your Conligo™ application(s) and services. The Conligo™ application(s) and services help you make available and invite users to utilize the Conligo Application(s) and services to which you are subscribed.

3. How We Collect Information

When you visit the Conligo.ca domain you provide us with two types of information: limited personal information and content you knowingly choose to disclose and/or post on the Conligo™ application(s) and services platform which may include your website address, place of business address and phone number, mail server account, logo or other image media, contact management system, , and/or e-commerce application. When you subscribe to any Conligo™ application(s) and services, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your email address and phone number and the email address and phone number of employees whom you wish to grant access to you Conligo™ application(s) and services. This information is gathered for purposes of providing the Conligo™ application(s) and services to your business and end users.

 

4. Why We Collect It

Any of the information we collect from you may be used by us in any one or more of the following ways:

    • To provide any services that you have requested or applications that you have subscribed to.
    • To manage and administer your use of Conligo Application(s) and Services that you have subscribed to.
    • To personalize your experience — Your information permits us to personalize our website with your unique information for the purposes of
      delivering the services/products you subscribed to as well as secured areas of our website to access Conligo™ content i.e. help documentation, Jira Service Desk, etc.
    • To improve our website — We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
    • To improve customer service — Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
    • To process transactions — Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
    • To send periodic emails — The email address you provide in your profile may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your Conligo services, or to send you information at the request of other Conligo users or Licensees to whom you disclose your email address, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
5. Cookie use

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive, through your Web browser. A cookie enables the sites or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to help us remember and process your login information, understand, and save your preferences for future visits, compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. All cookie information is anonymized, and not attributable to an individual user by us or our third-party service providers.

Conligo applications, including but not limited to, Conligo OneView also make use of cookies to provide a smooth user experience and to prevent possible cross site request forgery attacks.

6. Billing information

Should you subscribe to any Conligo™ application(s) and services (as defined in the Conligo™ application(s) and services and/or Conligo™ App Terms of Use), we will require your billing information along with information such as your name, phone number, and address to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved in subscribing to our products and services. We store your contact information in our secure Azure data center.   Credit Card transactions are processed using our PCI Compliant Conligo Pay solution.  As such, Conligo uses a third-party processor to process all transactions and we abide by their terms and conditions.

Conligo™ solutions to help merchants accept their customers’ web payments through Conligo OneView or other storefront and shopping cart also process billing information via Conligo Pay. Conligo Pay does not store credit card data on its servers, and customers should refer to their respective payment gateway(s) for more information.

7. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We may provide information and/or personal user content to service providers to help us provide the services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties to facilitate our business, such as to host the service at a co-location facility for servers, to send out email updates about Conligo™, to remove repetitive information from our user lists to process payments for products or services, and to provide you with our support services. In connection with these business operations, our service providers may have access to your personal information and/or content for use for a limited time in connection with these business activities. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Information shared with us through a support ticket may also be shared with third parties, including but not limited to, a third-party support ticket service. We may be required to disclose your personal information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through Conligo™ application(s) and services or using the Conligo™ name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents, or government agencies.

8. Communications from Conligo

We will use your email address in order to send you promotional emails. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the promotional communications which you receive.

9. Links

If you choose to include links to other websites in any of your subscribed Conligo Applications and Services, Conligo™ is not responsible for any lack of performance or damage to your Website Design/Template provided to by Conligo™ and in part of your Conligo™ application(s) and services license(s). We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each web site that collects personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Conligo™ Applications and services or posted on the Conligo.ca website.

10. Changing or Cancelling Subscriptions

Users who wish to deactivate their Conligo™ application(s) and services account may do so in accordance with the Conligo™ application(s) and services Terms of Service. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period but will not be generally available to users of Conligo™ application(s) and services, or third-party service providers. If your information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete/deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at support@conligo.ca. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Security

Conligo™ takes appropriate precautions to protect our users’ information and data. Conligo™  application(s) and services store data in Azure data centers located in Central Canada.  We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, which protect your account information and any uploaded content in relation to your subscribed application(s) and services. When you enter sensitive information, we utilize an industry-standard SSL/TLS connection, with a minimum of 256-bit encryption. Because instant messaging is not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information or data to us by instant messaging services. 12. Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions

Your use of any Conligo™ application(s) and services, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Conligo™ application(s) and services Terms of Use and all its general provisions including warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, and choice of law. We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and to any of your accounts and subscriptions.

13. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time and at our discretion. If we do decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
