Conligo™ is the trademark and trade name of Iciniti Corporation. We collect information from you when you utilize any Conligo™ application(s) and services (the “Application(s)”), register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form or provide online banking or investing credentials.

When registering on our site to use any Conligo™ application(s) and services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter, among other information, your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, password(s), and/or credentials for your staff and clients.

At Conligo™, we respect and protect the privacy of our clients and customers and those who use our websites, products, and services a.k.a Conligo™ application(s) and services.     When you visit Conligo.ca you provide us with two types of information: limited personal information and content you knowingly choose to disclose and/or post on the Conligo™ application(s) and services which includes your website, contact management system, e-marketing application, and/or e-commerce application. When you register with any Conligo™ application(s) and services, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your email address.

    Use on your website or any component of Conligo™ application(s) and services at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your website pages/content.


    Therefore, we cannot and do not make any guarantees regarding the User Content you post on your website pages/content, or any Conligo™ application(s), and services. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on your website, Conligo™ application(s), and services. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content.

        delivering the services/products you subscribed to as well as secured areas of our website to access Conligo™ content i.e. white papers, charts, etc.

      • To send periodic emails — The email address you provide in your profile may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your Conligo services, or to send you information at the request of other Conligo users or Licensees to whom you disclose your email address, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

    Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive, through your Web browser. A cookie enables the sites or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

    We use cookies to help us remember and process your login information, understand and save your preferences for future visits, compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.     Should you sign up for any Conligo™ application(s) and services (as defined in the Conligo™ application(s) and services and/or Conligo™ App Terms of Use), we will require your billing information along with information such as your name, phone number, and address in order to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved. We do not store your billing information, and this information will be discarded after your transaction has been processed. Conligo uses a third-party processor to process all transactions and we abide by their terms and conditions.

    6. Sharing Your Content with Third Parties

    We will share your personal information with third parties as used and described in the Conligo systems like to Insurers for Quotes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Conligo™ application(s) and services, as the main service, the ability to share created content with others — friends and people in your networks. We may provide information and/or personal user content to service providers to help us provide the services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties to facilitate our business, such as to host the service at a co-location facility for servers, to send out email updates about Conligo™, to remove repetitive information from our user lists, to process payments for products or services, and to provide you with our support services. In connection with these business operations, our service providers may have access to your personal information and/or content for use for a limited time in connection with these business activities. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. We may be required to disclose your personal information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards.     7. Communications from the Website

    We will use your email address in order to send you promotional emails. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the promotional communications which you receive.

    If you choose to post links to other websites, Conligo™ is not responsible for any lack of performance or damage to your Website Design/Template provided to by Conligo™ and in part of your Conligo™ application(s) and services license(s). We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Conligo™ or posted on the Conligo.ca website.

    9. Social Media Widgets

    Our Website and subsequently your Website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button [and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

    10. Changing or Removing Content

    Access and control over personal content on Conligo™ application(s) and services are possible through the content editing tools. Conligo™ application(s) and services users may modify or delete any of their content at any time by logging into their account. Any such changes will be updated immediately. Users who wish to deactivate their Conligo™ application(s) and services account may do so in accordance with the Conligo™ application(s) and services Terms of Service. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to users of Conligo™ application(s) and services. If your information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete/deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at support@conligo.ca. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

    11. Security

    Conligo™ takes appropriate precautions to protect our users’ information and content. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, which protect your account information and uploaded content. When you enter sensitive information, we utilize an industry-standard SSL/TLS connection, with a minimum of 256-bit encryption. Because instant messaging is not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information or data to us by instant messaging services.     12. Testimonials

    We post customer testimonials on our website, which may contain personally-identifying information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you wish to request the removal of your testimonial you may contact us at support@conligo.ca.

    From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or on our Website. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these contests completely voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as postal code or zip code). We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic, and to provide notices to participants. Conligo™ may use third-party service providers to conduct surveys or contests.
